Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of the mobile game Boxes Go Wild (“the game”, “we”, “us”) for iOS and Android. By tapping CONTINUE when the game first opens, or by using the game, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you, and purchases need their permission.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its content, artwork, sounds, names and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the game except where the law allows it.
3. Coins, boosters and other virtual items
The game uses virtual items such as coins, boosters, comebacks and multiplies. They exist only inside the game, have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another player or sold. They are a licence to use part of the game, not property you own. We may change how virtual items work, what they cost in coins, or how many you earn, for example to balance the game.
Your game data, including coins and virtual items, is stored on your device. The game has no accounts, so deleting the game, resetting your device or losing it removes this data, and we cannot restore it. Purchases that can be restored (removing ads, crate ladder steps and WILD PASS) can be recovered with RESTORE PURCHASES; consumable items (coins, comebacks, multiplies) cannot.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms. Prices are shown in the store and may differ by country and store. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or by the store’s refund policy; refund requests go to Apple or Google.
WILD PASS is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the game does not cancel it. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
5. Ads
The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner, optional rewarded ads you choose to watch, and occasional full-screen ads between games. The rewards for watching an ad are only given when the ad is completed. Removing ads with AD-FREE or WILD PASS removes banner and between-game ads; rewarded ads stay available as an option. How ad partners handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fair play
Play the game as it is intended. You may not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, modify the game or its data, interfere with ads or purchases, or use the game for anything unlawful. Nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others, infringe anyone’s rights or include personal information. We may change or remove a nickname, remove scores from rankings, or stop your access to features that we reasonably believe were used in breach of these terms.
7. Changes to the game
We may update, change, suspend or stop the game or any feature at any time, including rankings, rewards and prices in coins. Updates may be required to keep playing. If we stop offering the game entirely, virtual items will no longer be usable and are not refundable, except as required by law.
8. No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that game data will never be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Ending this agreement
You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. We may end or suspend your licence if you break these terms. Sections 3, 4 (refunds), 8 and 9 continue after this agreement ends.
11. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the game (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims). If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the game must also follow the App Store’s Usage Rules.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, the game will ask you to accept the new terms before you continue playing.
