Boxes Go Wild trailer: Raise the Roof!

One real game of Boxes Go Wild in 33 seconds. Nothing is staged: the trailer follows a single game of the number merge puzzle from its first box to its last.

What the trailer shows

• A three-row start. Every game begins on a short board. Points lift the launcher a row at 60, 600 and 4,000, up to six rows: that is WILD LIFT.
• Stacking high. With more room, the columns grow into staircases of numbers waiting to merge.
• Chains to 128 and 256. Equal numbers that touch merge and double, and one merge sets off the next. Each step of a chain is worth more than the last.
• WILD RUSH. Long chains fill a gauge; when it is full, every point is doubled for the next ten drops.
• A 512. The trailer ends on one: from 512 on, steel and cursed crates start to arrive.
